1. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you can request a return within 2 days of delivery.
2. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1-2 working days after approval.
4. Some items (like perishable goods or opened food packets) may not be eligible for return/refund.
